Our consultants are leaders in their industry, most are former CEO’s, COO’s, Presidents and/or senior managers from various positions in industry. This means our consultants have hands-on knowledge dealing with issues and problems. We will put together an engagement team for each project that can deliver the expertise that you need.
There is no on the job training at The Wheatfield Group. Our consultants are experienced business professionals, not wide-eyed MBA’s fresh out of school. Fees are tailored to meet your specific needs. Again, we are not interested in charging you by the hour, we are looking to establish relationships and to assist your business in accomplishing its goals. Our philosophy is that our compensation should be commensurate with the value that we add. Once we understand your needs we will of course provide you with a detailed proposal that will delineate all services, work product, timetables and fees and expenses.
