Ms. Monteith has over 8 years experience working in both legal and/or accounting/planning roles.  The combination of her financial and legal background gives her a unique ability to analyze issues.  She currently conducts legal research and analysis for The Wheatfield Group on various real estate issues.

Ms. Monteith has considerable experience with real estate and corporate acquisition and sale transactions.

She also has hands on experience processing foreclosures and dealing with delinquent mortgage loans.  She has performed both accounting and administrative functions for a timeshare company.
