GARY GROTTKE

Mr. Grottke has a broad base of experience in both business and real estate. He has an extensive background successfully managing companies and projects in difficult times and in highly leveraged environments. He has been integrally involved in developing and implementing turnaround plans for several different companies.
Mr. Grottke has been involved extensively with both corporate and real estate acquisitions throughout his career. He has set up "war rooms" and supervised due diligence work for both large and small acquisitions, in one case directing up to 70 professionals on a single acquisition. He has supervised and directed attorneys on multiple acquisitions and sales, and personally reads all purchase and sale agreements for all deal that he controls.
Mr. Grottke has completed an extensive number of real property sales during his career from as small as a single family home to as large as selling over 35,000 - acres of land in Hawaii in multiple transactions. He has also been involved with the sale of many types of businesses (as either asset or corporate sales) including timeshare companies, hotels, heavy equipment distribution businesses, agribusiness operations, a well-known branded food products company and more.
Mr. Grottke is a frequent speaker at the annual ARDA Spring Conference and Interval International's Developers Conference. He has also recently been a key-note speaker for several real estate loan workout seminars presented by the Massachussetts Bankers Association.
