His background includes senior level of responsibility with international, national and regional financial institutions where he has managed multiple lending platforms to both success and profitability.

Some of Mr. Wilson's work experience includes:

• Bringing a large mortgage enterprise into the New England region dealing with interstate banking laws and regulations
• Managing the successful integration of two large residential lending platforms and organizations
• Grew and managed a de novo residential lending platform which originated consumer loans through retail loan officers, retail bank branches and third party relationships
• Managing a national mortgage platform responsible for sales, operations, underwriting, closing, post closing and compliance
• Building de novo platforms, developing Secondary Market capabilities, creating strategic, business and marketing plans as well as implementing operational plans consistent with the goals of the Business Unit
• Managing residential lending recruitment, sales planning, process improvement and cross selling strategies
