Timeshare/fractional development is a specialized field that requires hands-on experience. The President of The Wheatfield Group has owned and operated a timeshare company for over 10 years. He has acted as a timeshare consultant for a number of different projects and is a frequent speaker at ARDA and at the Interval International Fall Conference. Two of our other consultants have also worked for timeshare companies, one for 3 years and another for over 30 years in all aspects of sales and marketing for both small and large companies.
